SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

It depends on what you order:

Digital Downloads: Available immediately. You’ll receive your file via email right after purchase, no waiting required.

Printed Workbooks: Printed on demand and fulfilled by a third-party printer. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing, plus shipping time based on the method you select at checkout.

Full Program (Hardcover): These are in stock and ship directly from our studio within 1–3 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges on workbooks?

Because our workbooks are either digital or made to order, all sales are final. A great deal of care and intention goes into creating each one, and we’re unable to offer refunds or returns at this time.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Think of it like signing up for a class or workshop, you're receiving guidance, tools, and inspiration, and you’ll get out of it what you put in.

MERCHANDISE

How is your merchandise made and shipped?

Our merchandise is created through a trusted third-party partner, Printify. Each item is made to order, and the estimated production and shipping times are listed clearly on every product page.

We chose this method to reduce waste and keep things intentional, just like everything else we make.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on merchandise?

Because our merchandise is print-on-demand, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a clear printing error or damage during shipping. We don’t keep inventory on hand, so all sales are final.

If something arrives damaged or with a mistake, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
