Physical Items (Printify Production and Shipment):

For physical items available for purchase on our website, please note that our products are produced and shipped through Printify in collaboration with a network of manufacturers. The production time for your item typically ranges between 2 to 7 days, during which our manufacturing partners meticulously craft your product to ensure the highest quality standards.

Once your item has been produced, the shipping time will depend on the shipment option you select during checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Economy Shipping: This option typically delivers your item within four to eight business days after production is complete.
  2. Standard Shipping: Your item will typically arrive within two to five business days after production, providing a balance between cost and delivery time.


Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as destination location, postal service efficiency, and unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Digital Downloads (Delivered to your email automatically)

Upon completing your purchase of digital downloads from our website, you will receive an automated email with the downloadable file. We highly recommend creating an account with us for easier access to all your digital downloads in the future. If you encounter any issues or delays with accessing your digital content, please contact us for assistance.

 

Amazon KDP Workbooks (If you want to get the printed version of our digital downloads)

Our workbooks available for purchase on Amazon KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) are printed and shipped by our trusted partners. These partners handle the printing and shipping process with expertise to ensure the timely delivery of your order.

Typically, the production of workbooks through our partners takes approximately 7 days. Once the printing process is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected during checkout.

Our Amazon KDP partners strive to ship orders within 5 to 7 days from the completion of printing. However, please note that shipping times are subject to factors such as destination location, carrier efficiency, and any unforeseen delays.

When purchasing a workbook through Amazon KDP, you will be provided with estimated delivery dates based on your shipping address. Amazon's system calculates these dates based on your location and the shipping method chosen. You will also receive notifications regarding the status of your order, including tracking information once your workbook has been shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Digital Download Workbooks:

  • Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds for digital download purchases. Once you have completed your purchase, you will have immediate access to the workbook materials. We believe that the information contained within our workbooks is valuable and worth more than the fee charged for access.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you encounter any issues with accessing or downloading the workbook materials, please email us at info@followagoodfeeling.com and we will get back to you promptly to ensure you have access.


Merchandise:

  • Third-Party Platform Policy: At this time, all of our merchandise products are sold through our third-party collaboration, Printify. Please refer to their return and exchange policy below. Thank you for understanding that we are a small, start-up business and the challenges that come with that. We look forward to being able to expand in the future and eventually insource production to make for a more seamless shipping and return process.
  • Printify Policy: For merchandise purchased through Printify, please note their return and exchange policy:
  • Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
  • However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with their team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
  • Refunds are issued to your Printify account balance, and you can withdraw this amount to transfer it back to the original payment method. Please note that refunds will be returned directly to the original payment source if your selected billing currency is not United States Dollar (USD).
  • Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
